“If You wish to see; listen!”

Bernhard de Clairvaux

Following nomadic principles, characterised by a cheerful seriousness and a quiet humor, Christian Lichtenberg‘s work orbits the question of our perception and the resulting imagination of reality. Oscillating between narrative diversity (everything) and a longed-for emptiness (nothing), blurring the limits of unambiguity. Instead of interpretation, Christian Lichtenberg rather relies on the sound of the hidden. The view of the world in the works condenses into an iconic structure, which is constantly being silence, clarity and emptiness, but also about chaotic-productive mergers and the concentration of forces. Different media and often cross-border cooperation accompany the research trips.
