SIREN SONGS

This album has more accoustic instruments and human voices. It is dedicated to the eight Sirens who started singing, when a ship would pass by their island.

To hear there songs was daedly. Nobody could resiste the magical power of there songs and had to land on there island. Unfortunatly they then were all killed by them.

Odysseus was curious as to what the sirens sang to him, and so, on the advice of Circe, he had all of his sailors plug their ears with beeswax and tie him to the mast. He ordered his men to leave him tied tightly to the mast, no matter how much he might beg. When he heard their beautiful song, he ordered the sailors to untie him but they bound him tighter. When they had passed out of earshot, Odysseus demonstrated with his frowns to be released.

BETWEEN WORLDS

After a long period of time without creating sounds and other possibilities of new technologies, this is my second album. Again it is about space and space travelling. Sometimes when planet Earth and its inhabitant, called humans, create this madness, the phantasy allows me to leave it for a while and enjoy the ride... at least accousticly.

INVASION

is not so much about music, but more about energies and moods. The cosmos with its wonders and mysteries are inspirational and in the same time overwhelming. Its forces create and destroy in never ending changes.

Invasions was inspired by staying in a fisher hut on a small island in the North of Norway in the winter of the year 2000. Every night there were Northern lights and it seemd that the Gods would have fun.

It was also the time when a lot of exchanges and collaborations with my dear friend Alex Buess, created a new perspective on sounds and opend my ears for new worlds.
